5 Week Program – $50.00

5 Week Volume Block

A Volume Program is mentally challenging designed for an “off-season” lifter. It will help build consistency in your lifts, build strength in your weaker muscle groups, and develop a better motor pattern so when the heavier weight comes you’ll be ready for it.




7 Week Program – $75.00

7 Week Peaking Block

A peaking program is designed to get you ready for a competition or just to relax and hopefully hit some PR’s!! This program runs a 4-5 day a week training split. It challenges you to really push yourself. You’ll be hitting heavier loads more frequent which means recovery is very important. Make sure you are sleeping and eating well. LIFT heavy, have fun and smash weight!




8-10 Week Program – $150.00

Online Coaching Program

An 8-10 week varied online coaching program. This will be a personalized custom program built on your strength and weakness based upon the questionnaire you fill out. With this program, you will have 24/7 access to me. Allowing you to send me videos/pictures and updates on your training. You may also ask any questions throughout this process.
