Jessica Kelly

Hi there! I am owner of LIFT and friendly face you will see most often! I am certified through WITS and AFFA in personal training, group fitness, and currently enrolled at Integrative Nutrition (INN) completing a degree in health coaching. I’ve turned my passion for health and fitness into a successful business. It all began when I started competitive bodybuilding many years ago. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of clients not only GET results, but KEEP them. I am a true believer that you can have anything you want in life with hard work, commitment, and dedication. I instill these values in my clients allowing them to break through plateaus to reach their ultimate goals. My number one priority is YOU!! I am here to help you in your fitness journey, no matter how big or small!

I have many years of experience coaching clients, running fitness programs, setting and reaching personal fitness goals for myself. Robbie Cooper

I am W.I.T.S certified personal trainer, which I received through Onondaga Community College after attending there for 2 years majoring in Exercise Science. My passion for fitness started in 10th grade. I became addicted to working out after seeing results in my body as well as seeing strength gains. I couldn’t get enough of it. Then soon after I got my cousin to start training with me and ever since then working and helping him reach his goals as well as reach my own made me realize personal training is the path I wanted to take. My passion is helping others reach their fitness goals. It’s the feeling I get after seeing the reaction of someone setting a new personal record on a lift or even the reaction they have after seeing results of losing pounds or inches off their body is why I love doing what I do. Watching others reach their goals that they work so hard for only makes me want to better myself as a trainer and weightlifter. Reaching your goals will not be easy or happen overnight, you must give it all you have and never give up. I’m someone that will get you motivated to become the best person you can be. Together we can accomplish any goal you have in mind!

Heather De Stefano

I have been a licensed Zumba instructor since 2012. Zumba has completely changed my life. It enabled me to lose over 100 pounds and keep it off. I love introducing Zumba to new people. It is a really fun and amazing cardio exercise. You can burn up to 1000 calories in one hour, just by dancing. You don’t have to be a great dancer to take a Zumba class, you just need to move your body and follow my lead. Trust me you will fall in love with the music, same as I did. I look forward to dancing with you!

Cassie Copes

Music is my passion! Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always had a strong attraction to the arts. I first started out taking acting classes at the age of 5 and instantly fell in love with the musical aspect. I danced with several different studios here in Auburn while attending college and high school and during my senior year, I came across Zumba which opened up my personal door into the fitness world. Aside from training/dancing in a studio for so many years I have also found a new love and passion for the gym. Once I finished high school I went on to attend several different workshops to become a certified group fitness instructor while attending college to study for my Bachelor’s in Music and Dance Education from Empire State College and also my Associates in Music and Video Production from Cayuga Community College. Since then I’ve incorporated my music and dance background into my fitness classes making for a fun and inspiring workout experience. Sharing my love for music, dance, and fitness and being able to inspire others to reach their goals and be the absolute best person they can be is my true passion.

Mike Killian

Being a three-sport athlete growing up, being in shape was always a priority for me. Athletics then opened me up to the world of health and fitness. I began weight training in high school to improve my athletic ability and I have been hooked ever since.

I am currently a student at SUNY Brockport, majoring in Exercise Science. At Brockport, I played two seasons of soccer (Division III), and I am now a volunteer Assistant Coach where my focus is Strength and Conditioning for the team. I am also a competitive powerlifter which is my real passion.

My favorite part about being a personal trainer is that I get to help people succeed. The thing people tend to miss about becoming healthy and fit is that it can change your entire life. Whether it is losing fifty pounds or adding 15 pounds on to your bench press, seeing improvement can mean the world to people. After that, the sky is the limit and the improvement keeps coming. I want to help people reach their health and fitness goals, but I also want people to enjoy themselves at the same time. Once you see your results, you will want to continue to see more and I want to help you get there!


Justin Lyndaker

Hello, my name is Justin Lyndaker CSCS. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology, and have immersed myself in the fitness field every day since. My time in the field since 2015 has included two internships in which I have worked with collegiate athletes from Syracuse University as well as Le Moyne College, and have even spent some time shadowing with an Olympic Weightlifting hopeful who has also gone to Regionals for Crossfit two consecutive years. Outside of my time as a strength coach I have spent the last two years as a personal trainer in both group sessions and one on one training. Fitness for me is about improving peoples lives, whether that be inside the gym or outside the gym. Shauna Burke

I had always been an athlete in school and so, I wanted to join the gym and eat healthier to lose the baby weight to be more athletic like before. After seeing results, people became interested in what I was doing, so I shared my story. This lead to something amazing! People started seeing results too! I have always loved helping others and I support a healthy lifestyle – so it was natural that I wanted to be a fitness trainer.

I am a certified personal trainer through International Sports Sciences Association and CPR certified by American Red Cross. I have 5 years working in all corners of the fitness industry as well as experience competing in OCB bodybuilding. My training experience specializes weight loss, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, youth training, and general fitness. I am currently in college studying Nutritional Sciences.

You will find long-term success with your fitness goals by having the right tools and guidance. Being consistent a finding purpose behind your everyday activity is what matters. Having a coach who will positively direct and push you through those tough moments is what I am here to do.

Melissa Newert

Hey everyone! I started my fitness journey at the being of 2017. For a while I never realized how bad I had been treating my body until I was hospitalized. Once I recovered I immediately began to change my life around! Since then I have lost 70 pounds through strength training and cardio as well as maintaining a healthy diet. I have fallen in love with living a healthy lifestyle and there’s no chance of me going back to old habits. I am currently in school for psychology after realizing that I was able to change my life around I want to be able to help others as well. Always believe in a better vision of you!
